Road mishap claims lives of two brothers in Kulgam

SRINAGAR — Two brothers from DH Pora were killed after being hit by an unknown vehicle in Khudwani area along the Jammu-Srinagar national highway in southern Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Friday.
An official quoted by a local news agency said that two brothers riding on a Scooty died after being hit by a truck bearing registration number JK05B 2629.
They have been identified as Shabir Ahmad Dar (30) and Adil Ahmad Dar (26), sons of Manzoor Ahmad and residents of Reshipora Ahmedabad DH Pora in Kulgam.
After legal medico formalities, bodies are being handed over to family while further investigation has been taken up, the official said.
