Militant attack leaves man injured in Rajouri

SRINAGAR — A man was injured after being attacked by suspected militants in Rajouri district of Jammu division on Monday evening.

Reliable sources, quoted by a local news agency, said that militants fired upon a man, identified as Mohammad Razaq, son of Mohammad Akbar and a resident of Kunda Tope, Shahdhara Sharief, in Rajouri district.

They said that Mohammad Razaq was shifted to a local hospital in injured condition. Meanwhile, the area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers.
