Army soldier dies after falling unconscious in Kupwara

KUPWARA — A tragic incident unfolded in North Kashmir’s Kupwara district as an Indian Army soldier passed away after falling unconscious, according to reliable sources.

The soldier, identified as Lnk. Ashwini Kumar, stationed in Kupwara, suddenly lost consciousness while within the unit.

He was swiftly evacuated to the military hospital in Drugmulla, where medical personnel pronounced him brought dead.

A police officer confirmed that a case has been registered regarding the incident, with further investigation underway.
